User Agent to configure.

User Agent: One can customize users agent field in the SIP

message; if user agent is set to specific value, users can see the

information from PCAP. If user agent is not set by default, users

can see the company name, model number and firmware version

from PCAP.

R29 series supports extra web relay. This function is more safety

to use DTMF code to remote unlock. Login to the website and go

to the path Phone - Web Relay to configure.
