You or the second contact hangs up.

Press the soft key with the following label: End.
Resume the call on hold:
Resume
Press the soft key with the following label: Resume. The call with your first contact is
resumed.

During a conversation, a second call is on hold.
Use one of the following methods:
Swap
Press the soft key with the following label: Swap.
Press the Hold key.
Press the account key that is defined as hold.
You can talk to the first contact and the second contact is on hold.

During a conversation, a second call is on hold.

Press the Transfer key. The two contacts are connected.
