4 Mounting OS6855-14 and
OS6855-U10 Switches
This chapter covers different mounting and installation options for OS6855-14 and OS6855-U10 switches.
Anti-Static Warning. Before handling any components, free yourself of static by wearing a grounding
strap, or by grounding yourself properly. Static discharge can damage the switch and the backup power
supply.
Chassis Components
OS6855-14 and OS6855-U10 switches ship with all mounting brackets attached. The following diagram
shows the default chassis and power supply tray assemblies.
