The worm gear has been specially designed to
operate at a low sound level.
To keep the oil temperature low, a cooling coil is
installed in the worm gear housing.
The oil is cooled by the water flowing through the
coil (8).
The cooling water from the coil then passes
through external pipes to the axial seals.
