This attribute represents the external DC Bus capacitance when the associated
drive is acting as a Common Bus Leader, supplying DC Bus power to one or more
Common Bus Followers. This attribute is not applicable when the Bus Regulator
Action is set to Common Bus Follower. The attribute is applicable when the Bus
Regulator Action is set to Disable or Shunt Regulator.
