Troubleshooting
PROformance: Convection Motor Is Not Spinning(E03/E04)
Is the motor fan wheel physically blocked?
Yes
Remove the obstruction from the fan wheel and retest.
No
Is the Controller Area Network(CAN) connection
cableproperly seated at Variable Frequency Drive(VFD)
S600 terminaland the Control Board(CB) terminalX16?
No
Repair the connection and retest.
Yes
Is there continuity from end to end on all CAN cablewires?
No
Replace the faulty CAN cableand retest.
Yes
Reconnect the cable, making a good electrical connection.
Does the problem persist?
No
The appliance should operate properly.
Yes
When running a cook mode, does the fan start to spin?
No
Replace the faulty motor.
Yes
With the motor running, does the Revolutions Per
Minute(RPM) appear in the service mode?
No
Check the Hall Eect sensor wiring from the motor.
Yes
Replace the VFD.
