Troubleshooting
PROformance: Convection Motor Is Not Spinning(E03/E04)
Is the motor fan wheel physically blocked?
Yes
Remove the obstruction from the fan wheel and retest.
No
Is the Controller Area Network(CAN) connection
cableproperly seated at Variable Frequency Drive(VFD)
S600 terminaland the Control Board(CB) terminalX16?
No
Repair the connection and retest.
Yes
Is there continuity from end to end on all CAN cablewires?
No
Replace the faulty CAN cableand retest.
Yes
Reconnect the cable, making a good electrical connection.
Does the problem persist?
No
The appliance should operate properly.
Yes
When running a cook mode, does the fan start to spin?
No
Replace the faulty motor.
Yes
With the motor running, does the Revolutions Per
Minute(RPM) appear in the service mode?
No
Check the Hall Eect sensor wiring from the motor.
Yes
Replace the VFD.
