Idle State
Background As each chamber reaches its temperature setpoint, it will start a 5-minute
countdown to allow the chamber temperature to stabilize.
The chamber blower fans are driven at 30% rotation speed by the VFDs.

Heaters ON, maintaining the temperature setpoint requirements
