SECTION 6: TROUBLESHOOTING
Spectrograph does not switch on
•  Check that the power cord is plugged in and is connected correctly to mains supply 
•  If the unit still does not switch on, check the correct fuse is properly installed and does not appear to be blown.
•  If the unit still does not switch on after the checks above have been carried out, contact Andor Technical 
Support for further assistance.
Spectrograph is not recognised by PC/Software
•  Check power to the spectrograph and signal connections between the spectrograph and PC
•  If problems remain, please contact customer support for assistance.
