5. On the RMA form, please verify the ship to and bill to infor-
mation, contact name, and problem description. If anything is
incorrect please contact a Decagon representative.
6. Tape the box in both directions for added support.
7. Include the RMA number in the attention line on the shipping
label.

13.1 Repair Costs
Manufacturer defects and instruments within the one year warranty
will be repaired at no charge. Non-warranty repair charges for parts,
labor and shipping will be billed to you. An extra fee may be charged
for rush work. Decagon will provide an estimated repair cost, if
requested.
13.2 Loaner Service
Decagon has loaner instruments to keep you measuring water ac-
tivity while your instrument is being serviced. If your AquaLab is
still under calibration warranty or you have a service plan with your
instrument, there is no charge for the loaner service.
