11-ADVANCED SET.
11.1 – Switching frequency
11.2 – The current controller KI gain
11.3 – The current controller KP gain
11.4 – PIN programmable input function
11.5 – Flim Frequency
11.6 – Brake release monitoring
11.7 – PTC temperature monitoring
11.8 – Over-gain detection function
11.10 – Trip Imax
11.11 – Trip ImaxT
11.12 – Travel current gain
11.13 – Current limit
11.14 - APRE monitoring function
11.1 – Switching frequency (fsw: 7.5 KHz / 10KHz)
The switching frequency of ADrive Inverter. Default setting is 10KHz.
In sites where the motor keeps running frequently, the switching frequency parameter
may be set to 7.5 kHz in order to prevent the motor from heating up. Be aware that this setting
will increase the audible noise from the motor.
The parameters
11.1, 11.2 and 11.3 are the advanced parameters of ADrive Inverter. Do
not make any changes if not necessary!
11.2 – The current controller KI gain (KI-cur: 10 – 1000)
The current controller KI gain. Default setting is 75.
11.3 – The current controller KP gain (KP-cur: 1000 – 30000)
The current controller KP gain. Default setting is 4000.
11.4 – PIN programmable input function (Error Reset / Check Fout<Flim / APRE mon. input /
Brake mon. input)
This parameter determines the function of digital programmable input PIN on ADrive.
Error reset: The device error will be cleared by activating this input.
Check Fout<Flim: When input goes from 0 to 1, if the driver output frequency is higher than
the limit value set in the parameter
11.5 driver gives an error and stops. This function provides
an extra protection with additional upper and lower limit switches in order to make sure that
the elevator is slowed during approaching to shaft limits.
ApRe mon. input: For self-monitoring of the ApRe board and UCM blocking magnet on the
over-speed governor. A normally close contact (N.C.) of the solenoid switch (closed when the
solenoid is de-energized) must be connected to the programmable input PIN. This function is
active only when parameter “11.14-APRE Mon.” is enabled. Refer to “ApRe Installation and
A3 Test Instructions” for further information.
