The following colors are used to indicate the availability status:
4.14.2 Set the Availability Status
Do the following to change the current availability status:
1 The availability status can be selected from either the Alert view, or through the notification
on the lock screen:
• In the Alert view, tap the top bar.

• On the lock screen, tap the notification that says Tap to change status.
Color Availability Status
Green Available
Red Busy
Grey Logged out/Offline
NOTE: If login is enabled on the handset, log in first to access the availability
functionality (refer to 4.13 Unite Log In, or Log Out on page 27).
NOTE: If login is enabled, the user name is shown in the top bar.
