Room Controller 4 (NIRC4-xMN)
Terminating and Mounting Room Bus Connectors for NI-
series Modules
Each room bus requires four wires (NI-series modules). If the cable contains more wires than
required, the excess wires should be carefully stowed in the backbox, away from the printed
circuit board and other components to avoid causing short-circuits.
The room bus wires should be guided around sides of the room controller housing and held in place by the
wire holding clip, as shown in the following illustration:
