If there is concern that the fiberoptic is not fitting snugly in the pistol grip the
set screw on the top of the pistol grip may be gently tightened with a 1/8” flat
blade screwdriver. The set screw should be tightened just enough to hold the
fiberoptic cable in place but still allow it to be pulled out with minimal force.
Tightening it so the cable will not come out is a special case.

Caution! DO NOT pull hard on the cable once the set screw is tightened! Pulling hard on
the cable could potentially break the cable fibers. The set screw MUST be
loosened in order to remove the fiberoptic cable from the pistol grip.
Note: Under the plastic cap at the base of the pistol grip there is a factory adjusted set screw, do
not attempt to adjust this set screw.
The red-dot scope (sold separately) has a battery compartment is on the top of
the pistol grip.
