3. In the navigation tree, expand the “Management” item.
4. Select “Maintenance”.
5. Select the “Configuration” tab.
6. Under “Reset Configuration”, click “Reset”.
7. In the popup window, click “OK”.
8. The device will now reboot and reset.
9. Enter the default IP address of the network switch (IP address 192.168.2.5, netmask 255.255.255.0).
10. The factory reset is complete when the network switch connects to the web browser on the default IP
address.
Do not power off the network switch whilst the unit is rebooting.
The PC network interface may need configuration in order to connect to the NETWORK-SWITCH-
LP01. For instructions, refer to section 4 APPENDIX – PC Requirements on page 23.
The network switch may not connect to the web browser first time. If so, attempt to reconnect one
minute later.
Factory reset will change the login username and password to default settings:
• “User Name”: admin.
• “Password”: admin.
