      If your ATA Garage Door Opener door reverses for no apparent reason, it may be due to environmental conditions such as wind, dust, or extreme temperature changes. In this case, put the door into manual (Section 5, take note of the CAUTION) and contact (800) 934 9892. Alternatively, if you have Safety Beams installed, ensure that their path is not obstructed. If the issue continues, contact your optional extras dealer.

      If the Close (Blue) LED on your ATA Garage Door Opener continues to flash, it indicates that the door is obstructed when closing. Clear away any obstructions and test the door closes correctly. If the door is damaged, contact your dealer. Also, the limits may be cleared. In this case, remove all power sources, wait until all lights are out (10-15 seconds), then reconnect the power. If the Blue LED is still flashing, the limits are not set. See Section 6 to set the LIMITS.

      If your ATA Garage Door Opener transmitter range varies or is restricted, keep in mind that variations are normal depending on conditions such as temperature or external interference. See instructions for correct use of transmitter (Section 7.1.1). Also, the battery life may be exhausted. Refer to battery status (Section 7.1.2). Finally, the position of the Remote Control Transmitter in the motor vehicle can affect the range. Try changing its position (Section 7.1).
