2. Select whether you want to overwrite voicemail and call logs.
3. Enter the file name or click and select a file.
Make sure you select the correct file to restore. The restore file name includes your
extension number and the date and time.

Deskset settings are restored and the Deskset restarts. You are then logged off from
the WebUI.
Back Up and Restore System Settings
The system settings are distributed over all the Desksets and Gateways. System settings
are globally backed up once, and restored to the whole system at one time. The following
items are backed up and restored:
If a PC is installed in series with the Deskset, restarting the Deskset causes
the PC to lose its network connection briefly.

Timer for Forwarded and
Transferred Outside Calls
System Time settings
Paging Zones
Hold Announcement
