 Pulse tools without shut off does not stop pulsing until the operator releases the trigger, so they
should always be tested in static conditions:
 Also, pulse tools with shut off should be tested in static conditions. Only tools which shut off
immediately after the first or second pulse cannot be tested correctly. In such a case, a joint
simulator between tool and static cell should be added:
