8.1 Tool Calibration Function
The tool calibration is a function provided by Torque Supervisor to calibrate the tool controller.
The minimum version for Torque Supervisor is 3.9r
The test consists in a series of test on the tool in order to calculate the new calibration coefficient for the
controller. After each test the operator enters manually the torque value measured by the controller, which
is compared with the bench measure.
The new calibration value is calculated based on the previous calibration value, which is corrected
according to the deviation recorded during the test.
The test starts as a normal test on a tool:
