Decorative wheel covers
Applies to vehicles: with decorat ive wheel covers
The decorative wheel covers must be removed
first to access the whee l bolts .

Removing
.. Inse rt the hook provi ded with t he on boar d

Wheels with cap-covered wheel bolts
Applies to vehicles: with cap-covered wheel bolts
The caps must be remove d first from the
wheel bo lts before the bolts can be un -
screwed .

Removing
.. Push the plastic clip provided w it h the on-
board tool kit down over the whee l bolt cap
unt il it engages .
> Pull on the p roperly engaged plastic clip to
extr act the cap

Refitting
> Place th e caps over th e whee l bolt s and
push t hem back in.
The cap s are t he re to pro t e ct and kee p the
whee l bolts clean .
Loosening and tightening the wheel
bolts
The whee l bolts must be loosened before rais-
ing the vehicle.

Loosening
> Fit the wheel bolt wrench over the whee l
bol t and push it down as far as it will go .

end of the
wrench hand le for maxim um torq ue a nd
t urn t he wheel bolts

Tightening
> Fit t he wheel bolt wrench over the wh ee l
bolt and pus h it down as far as it will go .
