Using the phone book
Using the phone book
Your telephone has a personal phone book. In it, you can store up to 267 phone
numbers with their associated names, which will only be available on your
telephone. You can then dial these numbers quickly and easily. You can modify the
individual phone book entries yourself.
If you have authorization to access the main phone book, you can also find and dial
entries there.
Entries fro the redial list (
66), call list (
67) and call log (
62) can be quickly and
easily saved in the phone book.
You can easily assign a phone book entry to a destination key (
116).
Creating a new entry in the phone book
Press the PHONE BOOK key.
Press the "New" softkey.
... Enter the name.
Scroll to the Call number menu item.
... Enter the desired number.
Press the "Save" softkey.
With the Ringing tone menu item you can define a melody (
187) as a
ringing tone.
With the Comment menu item you can save a short comment (max. 12 letters).
You can add a caller's phone number to the phone book while you are talking
to them: Press the "+Contact" softkey.
The number of free slots in your local phone book are displayed in the status
line, e.g. "free 233".
