Logging in to automatic call distribution*
Your system administrator must provide your telephone with a personal number
(max. 5 digits) and a personal password (6 digits) for call center functions. You have
to log on using the phone number and password.
Press the MENU key.
Scroll to the Settings menu item.
Confirm selection.
Scroll to the Applications menu item.
Confirm selection.
Scroll to the CC user function menu item.
Confirm selection.
... Enter your personal phone number, maximum 5 digits.
Scroll to the Password menu item.
... Enter your personal six-digit password.
Log in using the "Login..." softkey.
• To log off, confirm with "OK" when you see the status message User: xxx
and then select Log out.
