Saving an entry from the main phone directory in the local phone directory*
Press the PHONE BOOK key.
Press the "Main" softkey.
... Enter one or more of the first letters in the name.
Scroll to the desired entry, e.g. Wagner 4321.
Press the "Details" softkey.
Scroll to the Save in local phone book menu item.
Confirm selection.
Saving an entry from the central phone book to a destination*
Press the PHONE BOOK key.
Press the "Main" softkey.
... Enter one or more of the first letters in the name.
Scroll to the desired entry, e.g. Wagner 4321.
Press the "Details" softkey.
Scroll to the Save to destination key menu item.
Confirm selection.
Press the function key that you wish to assign. The display indicates the
function or call number to which the key was previously assigned.
Confirm new key assignment by pressing the "Save" softkey.
