2012 ABORT Internal system error.
1. Reissue the test tsc-administered command at 1-minute intervals up to 5
times.
1 FAIL The Administered TSC is not active (far end).
1. Reissue the test tsc-administered command.
2. Verify that the Administered TSC node on the other side of the network is
active.
3. Disable and enable the Administered TSC.
4. Retry the test tsc-administered command.
2 FAIL Facility IE (Information Element) reject.
1. Check every other node in the network, and make sure Administered TSC
is active.
PASS The Administered TSC responded to a heartbeat.
