Issues with two monitor setup
You may need to optimize the display settings on the XT Series endpoints.
Solution
• Check that the XT Series HD1 and HD2 output are connected to the video source plug on the
monitor. If the monitor model has more than one selectable HD video source, use the same
one on both.
• Use HD cables of the same model and length and verify that the connectors are not damaged.
• Access the general monitor settings. From the XT Series web interface, select Administrator
settings > I/O connections > Monitor > General. From the endpoint's main menu, select
Configure > Advanced > I/O connections > Monitor > General. Ensure that the default
values are set:
- Numbers of Monitors: Auto
- Resolution HD1: Auto
- Resolution HD2: Auto
• In the General screen, check that the detected resolutions of both monitors are identical and
corresponding to the expected ones.

• Access the monitor settings. From the XT Series web interface, select Administrator
settings > I/O connections > Monitor > Graphic Adjustments. From the endpoint's main
menu, select Configure > Advanced > I/O connections > Monitor > Graphic Adjustments.
Ensure that the Adjustment Mode is set to Menu, Presentation and all other fields are either
set to 0 or are set to identical values.
This is not applicable if using a 4K monitor. It is supported only for HD1.
