Cleaning the feed carriage
1. Set the slice thickness control to zero.
2. Push the feed carriage to the end of its
stroke, turn the handle of the locking
device counter-clockwise to loosen it.
3. Lift the feed carriage.
4. After cleaning, follow the reverse
procedure to re-position the feed
carriage.
Components removal
Product holder
1. Set the slice thickness control to zero
to remove the product holder.
2. Disconnect the command connector of
the sliding product holder.
