When set to a value != 0, the smaller frames get thinned out. AOI requests can still be done for all frames.
• mvSmartFrameRecallTimestampLookupAccuracy
is needed for the SkipRatio feature since you don't know the timestamps of the internal frames. This value
defines the strictness of the timestamp-check for the recalled image (given in us).
