INPUTCF2 Lockout Off Check the input sequence.
OSSDF1 Lockout Off
Check the OSSD connections or the integrity of the external switching
device. If the failure persists, contact the factory for support.
OSSD1F3 Lockout Off
A short circuit to ground (GND) has been detected. Check the OSSD
connections or the integrity of the external switching device. If the
failure persists, contact the factory for support.
INTF1-20 Lockout Off
Internal Failure.
Reset the system using the reset function or cycle power to the device.
If the failure persists, contact the factory for support.
9.5 Safety

• Stop the machine operation if the machine behaves unpredictably or if the behavior cannot be
identified.
• Stop the machine operation if you cannot identify or locate the fault or you cannot correct the
fault.
