Configuration DECS-150
Device information includes user-assigned identification labeling and read-only firmware version
information and product information. See Figure 21-5.
Firmware and Product Information
Firmware and product information can be viewed on the Device Info tab of BESTCOMSPlus.
Firmware Information
Firmware information for the DECS-150 includes the Application Part Number, Version Number, and Build
Date. Also included is the Boot Code Version. When configuring settings in BESTCOMSPlus
®
while
disconnected from a DECS-150, an Application Version Number setting is available to ensure
compatibility between the selected settings and the actual settings available in the DECS-150.
Product Information
Product information for the DECS-150 includes the device model number and serial number.
Device Identification
The user-assigned Device ID (up to 64 alphanumeric characters) can be used to identify DECS-150
controllers in reports and during polling.
