3. The Meeting Room 365 widget is shown on the home screen launcher. Go to
START to proceed.
4. Enter Meeting Room 365 display key. You can scan the QR code to see the
introduction of Meeting Room 365 in BenQ software partner page.
5. You can see an upcoming meeting schedule on the widget.
