What to do if a card is used at the Bewator Bewacard BC615 reader, a beep is heard, but nothing happens?
    • P
      Phyllis TranJul 31, 2025
If a card is used at the Bewator Security System reader, a beep is heard, but nothing happens, it might be because the card is not logged on, or because card + PIN is the current security level and the card does not have a PIN code. To solve this, log on the card or select a PIN code.

What to do if the green LED is lit on accepted entrance but the door does not open on my Bewator Security System?

If the green LED is lit on accepted entrance of your Bewator Security System, but the door does not open, it could be due to a lock error or the jumper between terminal block nos. 1 and 4 in the card reader is missing. Check the cable between the card reader and the lock, change the locks, or attach the jumper.
