Troubleshooting
Before you contact your local service center, please read the following tips carefully.
To check for Online Updates Press
Menu>Setup>Software Manager>
Check for updates now
Your V2 will now Automatically check for any available updates. If updates are available you the best option
to select is "Update and ask to reboot", if no updates are available you will just go back to previous menu.
1. No Video on TV
● Check first if the product is powered on and in operation mode.
● Check if the video cable is properly connected between TV and Beyonwiz V2.
● Check if the antenna cable is properly connected to Beyonwiz V2.
● Check if the selected channel is currently on air.
● Check your TV is on the correct AV channel.
2. Problem with audio quality
● Check if your audio cable is connected correctly.
● Check the volume level of your TV and the product.
● Check if the product or TV is on mute.
● Check the audio option is selected and/or compatible with the V2 and your TV.
3. Remote control problem
● Make sure that the remote is in STB mode by pressing the STB button.
● Check if the batteries are correctly mounted.
● If the remotes batteries are old, try changing the batteries.
● Point the remote control directly toward the product.
● Make sure that nothing is blocking the front panel display.
