Field Description
Enter a character string with the right number of characters for
the selected WEP mode. For 2  you need a character
string with 5 characters, for 2  with 13 characters, e.g.
11 for 2 , 7+ for 2 .
WPA Mode Only for Security Mode = 23 4
Select whether you want to use WPA or WPA 2.
Possible values:
• 23 (default value): Only WPA is used.
• 23 : Only WPA2 is used.
Preshared Key Only for Security Mode = 23 4
Enter the WPA password.
Enter an ASCII string with 8 - 63 characters.
WPA Cipher
Only for Security Mode = 23 4 and WPA Mode = 23
Select which encryption method should be used.
Possible values:
• *4 (default value): Temporal Key Integrity Protocol
• 3: Advanced Encryption Standard.
Both encryption methods are rated as secure, with AES offering
better performance.
WPA2 Cipher
Only for Security Mode = 23 4 and WPA Mode = 23 
Select which encryption method is to be used.
Possible values:
• 3 (default value): Advanced Encryption Standard.
• *4 : Temporal Key Integrity Protocol
Both encryption methods are rated as secure, with AES offering
better performance.
