10.2.5 Activating high- and low-pressure switches
Prerequisite: High- and low-pressure transmitters
must be installed.
In the menu MAIN SETUP, window PRESSURE SWITCHES,
row ENABLE HIGH/LOW PRESSURE LIMIT PROTECTION in the
column USER SETTING, enter YES.
Adjusting cut-out pressures: In the rows HIGH PRES-
SURE SWITCH: VALUE and LOW PRESSURE SWITCH: VALUE,
enter the appropriate limits as absolute pressure in
the column USER SETTING. Basic setting: 33bar /
1.2bar, absolute pressure in each case. The high
pressure cannot be increased any further.
10.2.6 Configuring a spare part
When a CM-RC-01 has been replaced, the specific
compressor parameters must be set.
Connect the PC/mobile device to the new CM-RC-01
via the BEST interface converter.
Open the BEST SOFTWARE and select new CM-
RC-01.
Perform firmware update.
Select compressor from the suggestion list.
In the menu CONFIGURATION all MAIN SETUP adjust.
Check all other parameters and adjust if necessary.
10.3 Data log
All monitored operating parameters and alarm mes-
sages are stored internally:
All operating parameters in 5- or 10-second intervals
Storage capacity: approx. 2 weeks in case of normal
operating behaviour
Alarm messages and statistics of the last 365 days
This data can be exported using the BEST
SOFTWARE. These data enable analysis of the system
operation and provide detailed information for
troubleshooting, Operation monitoring with BEST
SOFTWARE.
