BMW R1200RT - Pillion Seat

Locate front seat lugs 2 in the
rubber buffers 1 on the left and
right.
Lower the rear of the rider's
seat and engage the seat in
the latching mechanism.
Adjusting front-seat
height
Removing rider`s seat ( 84).
Pull latch 1 to the front and
remove adjusting plate 2.
Turn the adjuster plate to posi-
tion L to obtain the lower seat
height.
Turn the adjuster plate to posi-
tion H to obtain the higher seat
height.
Insert the adjuster plate into
mounts 2 in the desired posi-
tion and then press it into the
catch 1.
Installing driver's seat ( 84).
Pillion seat
Remove passenger seat
Switch off ignition.
Removing rider's seat ( 84).
