Frozen products The setting values apply to products that are placed in
the unheated interior. This way you can save up to 20
percent energy. The indicated baking times are reduced
by a few minutes when you preheat.
Do not use frozen foods heavily icy. Remove the ice
from the dish.
Frozen foods are partly pre-baked unevenly. The uneven
brown color persists even after baking.
For certain dishes it is necessary to preheat, this is
indicated in the table. Only place your dish and
accessories in the cooking compartment after
preheating.
Recommended setting values
In the table you will find the optimal heating method
for various dishes. Temperature and duration depend
on the amount and quality of the dough. That is why
setting ranges are specified. Try it with the lower
values first. At a low temperature, the food browns
more evenly. If necessary, set the oven higher next time.
If you want to bake according to your own recipe, proceed
according to the description of similar pastries in the table.
Remove unused accessories from the interior. This way
you get an optimal baking result and
saves you up to 20 percent energy.
Note: Baking times cannot be shortened by higher
temperatures. The dish would only be cooked on the
outside, but not well on the inside
