Recommended setting values
In the table you will find the optimum heating method
for various oven dishes and soufflés. Temperature and
cooking time depend on the quantity and recipe. The
cooking status of an oven dish depends on the size of
the mold and the height of the dish. That is why setting
ranges are specified. Try it with the lower values first.
At a low temperature, the food browns more evenly. If
necessary, set the oven higher next time.
Only use original accessories for your device. This is
optimally matched to the interior space and the
functions.
Shelf heights
Always use the indicated shelf heights.
You can bake on one level in tins or with the universal
pan.
■ Molds on the grid: height 1
■ Universal pan: height 2
You can also bake soufflés in a water bath in the roasting
pan. To do this, place the roasting pan at level 1.
Note: Cooking times cannot be shortened by higher
temperatures. The casserole or soufflé would only be
cooked on the outside, but raw on the inside.
By preparing the dishes at the same time, you can save up to
45 percent energy. Place the shapes next to each other in the
interior space.
The setting values apply to products that are placed in
the unheated interior. This way you can save up to 20
percent energy. The indicated cooking times shorten by
a few minutes when you preheat. To belong
