¶ Use a universal binding agent to absorb spilled
AdBlue. Dispose of the universal binding agent and
components in contact with AdBlue (e.g. filters) in
accordance with regional guidelines.
¶ Dispose of pure liquid AdBlue in accordance with

i Outside of the Federal Republic of Germany, obser-
ve the applicable national regulations.
4.2 Cleaning
! Observe the safety instructions and cleanliness
rules pertaining to AdBlue.
i After the functional test has been performed, clean
the parts of the Denoxtronic setPC/LD used and the
dosing module. Surfaces wet with AdBlue must be
rinsed with plenty of warm water and then dried by
using compressed air. Otherwise, drying will result in
crystallization leading to corrosion and components
becoming unusable. This primarily affects connectors
and electronic components.
1. Fully drain the hydraulic lines, test pressure lines,
pressure gauge, measuring vessel and measuring
device. No residual AdBlue may remain in the parts.
2. Use a matching sealing plug to protect the electri-
cal connection before cleaning the dosing module.
3. Use plenty of warm water to rinse all the parts,
especially the pressure gauge.
4. Then, dry all the parts by means of compressed air
until completely dry.
5. To prevent contamination, place protective caps on
open connections.
4.3 Calibration
