14. Attach other end of cable to the slide shoe.
15. Push slide shoe into the guides in the post until the
holes in the pulley holder are visible again.
16. Fasten the pulley holder to the post again.
17. Place the cable over the pulley and move the slide
shoe until the cable is tensioned.
