Disturbance Cause and troubleshooting
Dishes are not dry. 1.Use rinse aid to increase drying performance.
2.Use another combination cleaner with better drying
performance.
Extra drying was not activated to increase drying.
▶ Activate the extra drying.
Dishes were removed too early or the drying process
was not yet finished.
1.Wait for the program to end.
2.Do not remove the dishes until 30 minutes after the end of
the program.
Rinse aid used has limited drying performance.
▶ Use branded rinse aid.
Organic products may have limited
effectiveness.
Plastic tableware is
not dry.
No mistake. Plastic dries more poorly due to its lower
heat storage capacity.
▶ No remedy possible.
Cutlery is not dry. Cutlery is poorly sorted in the cutlery basket or
cutlery drawer.

2.If possible, put the cutlery away separately.
3.Avoid investment locations.
Inside of the device
are after the rinse cycle

No mistake. Due to condensation drying, water
droplets in the washing container are physically
caused and desired. The moisture in the air
condenses on the internal walls of the device, drains
and is pumped out.
