1.0 - REPLACEMENT OF AC INLET
Tools Needed:
• Phillips Screwdriver
NOTE: If using a powered driver, it must be on the
“LOW TORQUE” setting, otherwise it will
strip screws.
1-1 Unplug machine from wall outlet and remove AC
plug from front of machine.
1-2 Wait 5-minutes after unplugging machine
to ensure there is no residual power before
performing replacement.
1-3 Remove front base plastic cover (4 screws). Make
sure locking mechanism latch is unlatched from
the front faceplate (see Figure 1 and 2).
1-4 Unscrew front faceplate (3 screws).
1-5 Carefully, pull faceplate towards you so that you
can see all three wires (see Figure 3).
1-6 Remove AC inlet from wires and remove old inlet
from faceplate and replace with new one.
1-7 Insert wires into new inlet making sure
connections are correct (from front of plate: white
- top left, black - top right, green - bottom).
1-8 Replace faceplate and front plastic.
1-9 Recalibrate machine according to Appendix 3.
AS LONG AS THE TREADCLIMBER® FITNESS
MACHINE IS PLUGGED INTO A POWERED OUTLET
AND THE POWER SWITCH IS ON, THE UNIT IS
RECEIVING POWER, EVEN IF THE DISPLAY IS
TURNED OFF. ALWAYS UNPLUG THE POWER CORD
FROM THE OUTLET AND WAIT 5-MINUTES BEFORE
PERFORMING REPAIRS OR MAINTENANCE.
