6-7 Disconnect speed sensor plug from left treadle
pivot bracket.
6-8 Insert new speed sensor, connecting white cable
connectors, and making sure not to push sensor
plug too far through connector hole in left treadle
pivot bracket.
NOTE: The speed sensor and grommet (red)
should be 1/8 inch or less from the magnet
on the pulley, but shouldn’t come into
contact with pulley or magnet
(see Figure 7).
6-9 Replace Rear Step.
6-10 Replace right and left rear base plastic cover,
rear step plastic, rear base plastic cover, and side
plastic decals.
6-11 Recalibrate machine according to Appendix 3.
