Console keys wont function Operation Verify that correct steps are being
followed from Owner’s Manual operation
steps.
Cable connections Remove back cover from console and
verify that all cable connections are
secure.
ROC keypad cable Remove ROC keypad and inspect cable for
damage. If any damge is evident replace
cable. If no damage evident replace both
ROC keypad and cable.
Console If above steps do not resolve the problem
repace overlay or complete console.
