CONTROLS
GENERAL INFORMATION
Your Stump Grinder is controlled by a joystick and an electrical valve assembly. Al-
though BRADCO does offer various options for connecting to existing electrical joystick con-
trols, we will be covering the Paladin operating controls in these instructions.

sTuMP GRINdER cONTROLs
Pushing the top arrow switch will raise the stump grinder frame. Use for
positioning the grinding wheel while maintaining ground contact with the
grouser pads.
Pushing the bottom arrow switch will lower the stump grinder frame. Use
for positioning the grinding wheel while maintaining ground contact with
the grouser pads.
Pushing the left arrow switch will swing the stump grinder frame in to the
left. Use during grinding operation.
Pushing the right arrow switch will swing the stump grinder frame out to the
right. Use during grinding operation.
A swing speed control knob is located on the front side of the hydraulic valve.
Turning the knob to the right will decrease the swing speed and turning the
knob to the left will increase the swing speed.
