Invalid setup
The Setup menu is
incorrectly configured.
Cancel the current job. Recheck
all configuration settings.
Memory overflow
Handshake mode is not
on.
Access the printer
setup menu,
handshake mode and select
RTS/CTS.
Multiple Label
Tags Found,
Remove Extras
Multiple tags on core of
material or printer did not
clear from last tag read.
Reboot printer to get a fresh read
of supply, if error reoccurs select
Enter to bypass and use Standard
mode.
Multiple Ribbon
Tags Found,
Remove Extras
Multiple tags on core of
material or printer did not
clear from last tag read.
Reboot printer to get a fresh read
of supply, if error reoccurs select
Enter to bypass and the printer will
load primary ribbon settings for
Hassle Free mode.

Remove and reinstall the label
spool and/or the ribbon spool. If
the error does not clear, recycle
power to the printer.

Ethernet is selected in the
setup menu but no

• Check that the Ethernet server
is available and connected,
then recycle power to the
printer.

• Go to the
settings menu
and turn off Network Error
reporting, then recycle power to
the printer.
No Label
Detected
Missing RFID Tag Select Enter to bypass error and
used in Standard mode.
No label size
The size of the label is not
defined in the software.
Check the software programming.
