No Ribbon
Detected
Supply missing RFID tag. Verify compatible supply has
been loaded, if supply is correct
select enter to bypass the error
and the printer will load primary
ribbon settings for Hassle Free
mode.
No SMTP server
Printer is configured to
send error messages to
the server but the IP
address of the recipient
can not be found.
• Check that the IP address is
correct and if the recipient is
available.
or
• Go to the
settings menu
and turn
SMTP off, then recycle
power to the printer.
Not a
Recommended
Ribbon, Use

Ribbon does not match
Primary ribbon
compatibility selection.
Install recommended ribbon or if

• Cancel the current print job.
• Change the heat level through
the software.
• Clean the printhead (refer to

Media Feed Rollers on

• Load the transfer ribbon (refer
to Loading the Ribbon on
page 23).
• Restart the print job.
The ribbon is improperly
installed.
