The machine is
not dispensing
steam.
• Steam exit hole on the dis-
pensing wand clogged.
• The dispensing channels
could be clogged by scale.
• Clean any deposits on the hole of the dis-
pensing nozzle with a pin.
• Call the Technician to do scale removal.
The machine is
not dispensing
hot water.
• Supply tap off.
• The dispensing channels
could be clogged by scale.
• Turn on the tap and check that the pipes
are in the correct position.
• Call the Technician to do scale removal.
Only for versions with DISPLAY and HYPERWAND:
Only for versions with CAPPUCCINATORE:
Only for versions with BULLONE ROSSO:
Foaming milk is
not coming out
of the cappucci-
no attachment.
• Make sure the suction tube
is in the right position.
• Make sure the cappuccino
attachment is not clogged.
• Make sure the suction tube is immersed
in the milk.
• Carry out the cleaning operations descri-
bed in the paragraph on cleaning.
