Cleaning the Paper Pick-up Roller

Unplug the machine and remove the Jam Clear Cover.

Clean the Paper Pick-up Roller with isopropyl alcohol on a
cotton swab.

Re-insert the Jam Clear Cover.

Re-connect the power cord.
