- Turn the power OFF/ON.
- Install the latest firmware.
- Check if PC-print is not prohibited.
- Check the print restricted ID.
- Replace the damaged DIMM.
- Check if print data is not damaged.
4.10.2 Full memory

- Reduce the amount of data or lower the resolution.
4.10.3 Problem of print restriction/ID authentication
