■ Paper jam at the paper tray 2 (Error code 8B, etc)
<User Check>
- Check if the paper is loaded into the paper tray 2 correctly.
- Turn back the paper loaded in the paper tray 2 or change the orientation of the paper by 180°.
- Adjust the paper guide corresponding to the paper size.
- Check if too much paper is loaded in the tray.
- Check if the thickness of the paper is 60 to 105 g/m
2

Check the harness connection of the

Check the harness connection of the
T2 Relay PCB ASSY and reconnect it.
5 T2 paper edge actuator
malfunction
Re-assemble the T2 paper edge actuator.
6 T2 separation roller ASSY worn
out
Replace the T2 separation roller ASSY.
7 Registration front sensor failure Check the sensor performance following
the procedure described in “Function code
32”. If any problem occurs, replace the
registration front/rear sensor PCB ASSY.
8 T2 Relay PCB failure Replace the T2 Relay PCB ASSY.
9 Engine PCB failure Replace the engine PCB ASSY.
10 Main PCB failure Replace the main PCB ASSY.
