Liftgate Release
Liftgate Handle
Your vehicle may have
either a liftgate release
button, located in the
instrument panel
switchbank, or a release
button located on the inner
side of the liftgate
handle.
Instrument Panel
Switchbank
To
open the liftgate, the transaxle must be in PARK (P)
and all of the doors must be unlocked.
To
unlock the
doors, use the remote keyless entry or the power
door locks.
If your vehicle has a remote keyless entry transmitter,
you may unlock and open the liftgate by pressing
the REAR button on the transmitter.
